PARISH COUNCIL The Parish Council serves as the coordinating and unifying structure of the parish community. The Parish Council serves to promote the faithful to participate fully in the mission of the church. Its membership is to be reflective of the various populations of the parish. The Parish Council is a gathering of appointed and elected members from the parish who help the pastor and staff determine goals for St. Rose Church. In addition to the following committees that hold voting rights on the Parish Council, several other organizations also hold positions on the Council: Knights of Columbus, St. Rose Ladies Guild, Heart of Mary Ladies Guild, Building and Grounds, and MTSU Catholic Center. The Parish Council meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM in the Library. Visitors to the meetings are always welcome. The current Parish Council President is Rich Foge.
