Administration and Stewardship

This includes coordination of the Annual Fund Drive for the parish, budgets, polcies and procedures and working closely with Parish Development. The Administration and Stewardship Committee meets as needed throughout the year. Building & Grounds

Paint, Landscape, Repairs, Facility helpers. Works closely with Facility Manager.

Charitable Works Committee

Room in the Inn - Prepare food, Giving Tree - Christmas, Food Bank, Pregnancy Support Center, Haiti Mission Committee

Education & Formation

Religious Education teacher/substitute, Life Teen/Xtreme Youth helper, VBS, RCIA (see also Religious Education), ESL-English as a second language. Hispanic Ministry PUT WHAT IS IN WELCOME BOOKLET.

General Office Support

Answering phones, typing, mailings, shredding, filing etc.

Music Ministry

5:30Pm Saturday Mass Cantor Pool, Sunday 8:30AM and 11:00AM Choir and Musicians, 5:00PM Sunday- Life Teen Choir/Musician.

Parish Development

Total Stewardship, Welcoming, Communication, Greeters, Planned Giving Education.

Parish Life

Visit the sick or homebound, Set up Coffee and Donuts, Fish Fry Committee, Seder Supper, Childcare for parish events, Scouts, Youth Coach, Adult Sports Coordinator, Boccee Ball Club, Special Events Committee.

Worship and Spritual Life

Prepare Church for Mass and special liturgies, Indoor plant ministry, Altar care/cleaning, Eucharistic Minister Mass and/or homebound, Acolyte, Usher, Lector, Liturgical writer, First Friday devotional, Bible studies, Prayer groups, Spritual Library.

Knights of Columbus men's club meets 2nd & 4th Wednesdays at 7:00PM in the Marian Center. http://www.kofc4563.com/ Ladies Guild meets first Tuesday of the month at 11:30AM in the Jo Call Room. Heart of Mary Ladies Guild meets the first Thursday of the month at 6:30PM in the Jo Call Room. Open to all ladies.
