Referral Procedures:

If a parent or teacher suspects a child to be in need of any special education services, a referral form should be filled out by the one making the referral. Parents must sign a permission to test form.

Teachers and a school psychologist will meet to determine if testing is needed.

Saint Rose will work cooperatively with the Murfreesboro City School System and Rutherford County School System to complete the assessment on the child.
