Capital Campaign Development Projects

Marian Center
Review sessions were held with the ONE Building Committee and other stakeholders. The architects will now begin the Contract Documents Phase. After we secure city approval, we will begin requesting bids for construction in early February. Construction could begin by summer.

McGivney Center (formerly the Stonewall House)
We are awaiting approval of the Site Plan. Once we receive this we’ll proceed with the final design and bidding. Phase 1 focuses on constructing ten parking spots.

Athletic Fields Relocation (New Gym Preparation)
A more intensive study significantly reduced the identified wetland areas on the property. We have submitted the report to TDEC and the Corps of Engineers. With their approval, we’ll have much more flexibility in the layout of the athletic fields.
